Our Team
Rich Cullen, CFP®
Rich was born and raised in Spokane, WA, graduating from Mead High School in 1996. He went on to attend the United States Air Force Academy, majoring in Economics. After graduation, a unique opportunity—and a bit of providence—brought him back to Washington, where he played for the Seattle Sounders from 2001–2003 while serving in the Air Force.
Following an additional assignment in Colorado Springs, Rich, Tamara, and their growing family returned home to Spokane in 2007. He has worked exclusively with fee-only investment advisory firms since entering the industry in 2013. Rich strongly believes that serving as a fiduciary is best achieved through the transparency of a fee-only model.
He brings extensive experience in financial planning, wealth management, and employer-sponsored retirement plans, and enjoys working with professionals and retirees in both the accumulation and distribution phases.
Outside of work, Rich values time with family and friends. You’ll often find them on the sidelines supporting their four daughters, and he continues to serve in the Washington Air National Guard as a Tactical Air Control Party Officer.

Jen and her husband Tim enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time on the water with their two children and dogs.
